February 26, 2010: Moving On Up!

Today was Cohen’s last day in the Infant Room at daycare. He will start in the Orange Room (For 1-2 year olds) on Monday! I know Cohen is going to miss his friends and especially his teacher Liz, but he is going to have so much fun in the early toddler room. We are enjoying it too…the days he spent time in the Orange room this week equaled 6:30pm bed times at night! Granted this will only last until he gets used to the activity level of the Orange room, nevertheless we are still going to enjoy it!

We are so thankful Cohen had the opportunity to have Liz as his teacher. She pushed him to reach milestones and gave him an enviornment rich with opportunity to do so. He has such a loving bond with her and it was very easy to leave him with her because we knew she loved him and would take extra care of him. He lights up and gives her the biggest smile and immediately wants out of my arms and into hers whenever he sees her. It is totally adorable. Though he may be moving on from her room, we have solidified her babysitting services for quite some time so he will still be able to get his fix :)
